A patch test must be done for many treatments at least 48 hours in advance. If it is your first time having a particular treatment at the salon please let us know when making your appointment and we can arrange a time for a patch test.
Cancellations / Late Arrivals
If you are unable to make your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. This will allow us time to refill your appointment time. Cancellation on the day of an appointment and “no-shows” will be charged for the appointment in full. Future bookings may require full payment in advance if prior policies are not adhered to.
If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. This is to ensure the smooth running of our appointment system. If you are too late for us to fit in the full or a part treatment, you will have to pay for the booked treatment in full.
We do not remove shellac/gel colour from nails, other than what has been applied by us, as we cannot guarantee quality removal of a product we do not use.
