A patch test must be done for many treatments at least 48 hours in advance. If it is your first time having a particular treatment at the salon please let us know when making your appointment and we can arrange a time for a patch test.
Cancellations / Late Arrivals
If you are unable to make your appointment please give us 24-48 hours notice. This will allow us time to refill your appointment time. However, we do understand if you are unwell or if life events happen.
If you do not show for your appointment without contacting us you are automatically marked as a no-show on our booking system . After your second no-show you will be required to put down a 50% deposit of your service which is non-refundable. After 3 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book in advance. If you would like to have a treatment done, you will need to call on the day. For repeated last minute cancellations (on the day of the treatment) the same policies will be implemented.
If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. This is to ensure the smooth running of our appointment system. If you are too late for us to fit in the full or a part treatment, you may incur a late cancellation fee ie. 50% of the treatment cost.
We do not remove shellac/gel colour from nails, other than what has been applied by us, as we cannot guarantee quality removal of a product we do not use.
